Practical skills. Caring connections. Opportunities to grow.
At Second Chance & More, we invest in young people for the journey ahead. Our youth development experience supports ages 12–18 as they discover their strengths, build confidence, develop practical skills, and prepare for adulthood.
Our eight-week foundational experience is an introduction to that journey. After completing it, participants can continue growing through workshops, mentoring, projects, leadership experiences, and opportunities suited to their age, interests, and goals.
As our young people grow, their experiences grow with them.

Our introductory eight-week experience explores personal strengths, communication, everyday independence, financial confidence, career interests, and teamwork. Participants begin building a personal portfolio and a plan for what comes next.
After the introductory experience, youth remain connected through continuing activities that deepen their skills and introduce new possibilities. Returning participants can explore different interests and take on new challenges.
As participants gain experience, they can contribute ideas, help shape activities, lead projects, and encourage younger peers through supervised leadership opportunities.
Older teens receive increasingly practical preparation for employment, further education, training, and independent decision-making. Together, we identify goals and work toward meaningful next steps into adulthood.
